In 2024, Winbond continued its commitment to the adoption of public recreational facilities by collaborating with the Taichung City Tourism Bureau to maintain the Hou-Feng Bike Path. Winbond is responsible for regular road cleaning, tree trimming, and other maintenance tasks to ensure the path’s cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This initiative reflects Winbond’s dedication to preserving Taichung’s public recreational facilities and enhancing the quality of leisure spaces.

Guard Fazi River: Do Sports for Charity, Stay Healthy for the Earth
Let our energy drive vitality! In 2023, Winbond invited employees to participate in the “Do Sports for Charity, Stay Healthy for the Earth” activity. The total number of calories consumed and accumulated by Winbond employees in their daily exercise was 2,564,036 kcal, converted to NT$641,009. In 2024, the amount was donated to sponsor the “The Society of Wilderness” to organize activities for Fazi River protection and environmental conservation.
Winbond continues working with the The Society of Wilderness, and the future donations will be used in environmental education actions such as know the environment, bird surveys, and river cleanup, calling on employees and their families to protect the rich ecology of Fazi River and feel the beauty, and encouraging employees to exercise to become healthy while experiencing the beauty and power of life.

Participation in Coastal and River Cleanup Activities
To safeguard the cleanliness of coastlines and ensure the sustainability of ecological resources, Winbond volunteers actively participated in beach cleanup efforts. Upholding the spirit of maintaining clean oceans and sustainable resources, volunteer teams conducted activities in Zhubei Nanliao, Taichung Fazih River, and Kaohsiung Yuan Zhonggang Wetland Park. In 2024, a total of 210 volunteer participations were recorded, resulting in the removal of 658 kilograms of waste, contributing significantly to marine ecological conservation.
