In 2023, Winbond focused on a dual-axis transformation strategy, encompassing digitalization and decarbonization, complemented by an ecosystem approach in work design to implement sustainable supply chain management initiatives. This encompasses managing supplier from the source, conducting internal sustainability training, executing procurement tasks, establishing internal green logistics systems, and closely collaborating with outsourcing partners.
